Thousands of mourners queue through the night to pay final respects to Queen Elizabeth

Thousands of mourners queued for hours through the night to see Queen Elizabeth’s coffin, as she lays in state in London’s Westminster Hall. Members of the public will be allowed to pass by the coffin of Britain’s longest-serving monarch for three more days. Her state funeral will be held on Monday. The queue to enter Westminster Hall is now more than 5km long. As many as 750,000 mourners are expected to pay their final respects. Many stood in line overnight just to get a glimpse of the Queen’s coffin.
