Thailand’s Constitutional Court rules PM Prayut has not reached 8-year term limit

Thai Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha is returning to power after a court victory on his term limits. The country’s Constitutional Court has ruled he has not reached the eight-year term limit. Meanwhile, protests have begun in the Thai capital of Bangkok, following the court ruling on Mr Prayut’s term limit.
