As South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol marked his first 100 days in office on Wednesday (Aug 17), he repeated his willingness to provide economic aid to North Korea if it ended its nuclear weapons development and began denuclearisation.
Adjunct Senior Research Fellow Lim Tai Wei from the National University of Singapore said the “ball is in Pyongyang’s court”.
