Singapore to help train, upskill African officials under three-year technical cooperation package

Singapore will be doing more to help train and upskill African officials under a new three-year partnership package. It’s also the 30th year of the Singapore Cooperation Programme (SCP), which offers technical assistance to other developing countries. Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong announced this at a joint media conference with Rwandan President Paul Kagame during his first official visit to the African nation.
