He added that the digital transformation of businesses has to go hand-in-hand with upskilling of the workforce. He was speaking at the Rotary Engineering’s gala dinner. The homegrown company is celebrating its golden jubilee in the chemicals and energy industry. Mr Tharman added the sector must evolve, with climate change at the foremost in plans and ambitions.
