Southeast Asian cities are sinking more quickly than anywhere else in the world, according to a group of international scientists. The assessment comes after a six-year study of 48 cities, which found that they were sinking at a median rate of 16 millimetres a year. CNA spoke to Professor Benjamin Horton, director of the Earth Observatory of Singapore at NTU.
