Staff of OG Orchard Point can rest easy that their jobs will not be cut, even after the branch closes for good. OG had announced that it would be vacating Orchard Point after 18 years. The department store said they will be reassigned to its other outlets at People’s Park and Albert Complex, as well as to help with the company’s e-commerce business. The homegrown brand is looking to move into the heartlands to serve customers closer to their homes.
