NUS and OCBC to conduct study on electric vehicle adoption in Singapore

The National University of Singapore and OCBC Bank are collaborating on a new study to explore the best ways to nudge drivers towards adopting electric vehicles. They will examine data from 32,000 bank customers who are most likely to replace their cars in the coming years. The study was launched by Sustainability and the Environment Minister Grace Fu. It will look at various factors, including their spending on commuting, as well as fuel purchases using OCBC cards. The findings will be published in 2023.
