A 22-year-old man has been charged with causing the death of a 15-year-old Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) student during a high-element rope course at SAFRA Yishun. Muhammad Nurul Hakim Mohamed Din was handed one charge of causing death by a rash act not amounting to homicide. The outdoor activities facilitator is accused of failing to ensure that both leg straps of Jethro Puah Xin Yang’s safety harness were properly buckled and adjusted.
