A legal support scheme for people caught in family disputes, but who cannot afford lawyers and yet do not qualify for pro bono aid, has been officially launched. It is run by the Law Society Pro Bono Services. At least 110 beneficiaries have received assistance under the pilot, which began in December 2020.
