Kyiv mayor Vitali Klitschko has warned that the Ukrainian capital remains at risk of further attacks, after Russia confirmed it carried out an airstrike on the city during a visit by the UN chief. Meanwhile, plans are in place to get to the last civilians trapped in a steel plant in the besieged port city of Mariupol. The city’s mayor has called for NATO’s help to stop the war.
