The UN’s highest court is set to decide on whether it has jurisdiction to hear a complaint against Myanmar for alleged genocide against its Rohingya minority. Gambia has accused Myanmar of breaching the UN genocide convention over a crackdown in 2017. Myanmar, however, has said the International Court of Justice should dismiss the case.
