The easing of COVID-19 travel restrictions could fuel terrorist groups to revisit plots put on hold during the pandemic. Singapore’s Internal Security Department (ISD) has said that it includes plots against the country. In its latest annual terrorism threat report, the ISD warned that the threat remains high, even while there is currently no specific and credible intelligence of an imminent attack against Singapore.
