Conserved building Golden Mile Complex sold en bloc for $700m to consortium

Golden Mile Complex has been sold for $700 million. The buyers are a consortium made up of Perennial Holdings, Sino Land and Far East Organisation. The completed sale would make this the first collective sale of a large, strata-titled conserved building in Singapore. The consortium is considering turning the complex into a mixed-use development with office space, retail and residential components. The 16-storey building was built in 1973, and has a ground floor area of around 81,000 square metres.
