The glitz and glamour of gastronomy is back at the Michelin Guide Singapore’s Star Revelation and Gala Dinner. Two restaurants were added to the two-star list this year — Cloudstreet for marrying disparate cultures and influences artistically, and Thevar for its creative cuisine with Indian roots and European techniques. Meanwhile, seven new restaurants received one-star each.
