Eight firms have received the inaugural CARE (Culture of Acceptance, Respect and Empathy) award for good practices that support their employees’ mental well-being. The new category was introduced at this year’s Workplace Safety and Health Awards. In total, a record 235 recipients were honoured from 443 applications — the most so far. At the event, Manpower Minister Tan See Leng talked about how technology could help enhance safety.
