NASA Moon Base Plans

NASA has plans to take the US back to the Moon in the next few years, and they intend to set up a Moon base where astronauts will stay, presumably on a rotating basis as those on the ISS do. This will be the first in a series of steps to take us to Mars, and then beyond.

I wonder what the conspiracy theorists who claim we never went to the Moon before will say about this?
